Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026. Effective July 2026. Written in plain language, because privacy policies should be readable.
Who we are
TheFeedCo is a marketing agency based in Pretoria, South Africa. For anything privacy-related, the responsible party is TheFeedCo, reachable at inthefeedco@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you fill in our get-in-touch form, we collect what you give us: your name, business name, email address, website or Instagram handle, phone or WhatsApp number, and your answers about your business, budget and goals — only what the form asks, nothing more. We don't collect anything behind your back, and we only collect it when you press send.
Why we collect it
One reason: to respond to your enquiry with a plan and a quote, and to continue that conversation if you choose to. We process this information with your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the form. We won't add you to a mailing list, and we won't contact you about anything unrelated to your enquiry.
Where it lives
Your form answers are delivered to our email inbox by Web3Forms, the form tool this site uses — both protected by access controls. This website is hosted on GitHub Pages, whose servers may log standard technical data (like IP addresses) as part of normal web hosting. We don't run marketing trackers or advertising cookies on this site.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We never sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't share it with third parties for their marketing. The only people who see your enquiry are the people at TheFeedCo working on your reply.
How long we keep it
If we end up working together, we keep your details for as long as the relationship lasts and as long as the law requires afterwards. If we don't, we delete enquiry details within 12 months — or immediately, if you ask.
Your rights under POPIA
The Protection of Personal Information Act gives you the right to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Email inthefeedco@gmail.com and we'll act on it promptly. If you believe we've mishandled your information, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. No silent edits.
